About Susana Vega

Susana Vega has over 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She started as a mortgage loan processor and then continued on as a mortgage originator. She came to Pacific Sunrise Mortgage in 2004 ready to learn a different aspect of mortgage originations. She has experience on all types of loans but has specialized in 1st time homebuyer programs such as CalHFA, FHA, and VA. Susana has continued to serve not only the Riverside community but also the areas of Beaumont, Banning, San Jacinto and Hemet and participated as a member of the Hemet Chamber of Commerce where she held many homebuyer seminars.

Susana Vega is well known for her moral and ethical working habits. She is always looking for the best program for clients and will always continue to help them even after the transaction is complete. Her experience has helped her understand the difference between a client and a customer. A client is one that will come over and over again to you and the customer is the one that will come only once. She values the importance of partnering with others to build a long lasting relationship with clients and strives to give the best of her business working abilities. She is fluent in Spanish and well prepared to educate and assist the Hispanic community.
