These are the items that I would need to prequalify you for your home loan. If there will be anyone else on the loan, I will need the same items from them:

DO... work as many hours as possible to show as high of an income as possible.
DO... pay all of your bills on time!
DO... save as much money as you can….one of the best compensating factors in a file is savings ability.
DO... deposit paychecks into the bank….the full amount so the deposit reflects the same amount as the paycheck.

DO NOT... deposit any other monies or checks that you may receive without talking to me first!!!!
DO NOT... spend any money except for necessities during this time. I realize this may be sdifficult, but its for a great reason, so but try not to spend a lot during this short time.
DO NOT... close any credit card accounts or charge on your credit cards during this time… either one of these could lower your fico score
DO NOT... quit your job or change jobs (call me first)…
DO NOT... deposit any money into your account without taking a copy of the check first (other than paychecks from your job) this is very important and NEVER deposit cash!
DO NOT... make any purchases such as cars, furniture, etc., NO NEW LOANS!
